UKRAINIAN TRAVEL FORUM 2011 (autumn)

We are glad to inform you that we have started the preparations to the VII Ukrainian Travel Forum 2011 (autumn) international tourist exhibition, which will take place on the 10  to 11 of October 2011 at one of the most lovely exhibition venues - Ukrainian House,  2, Kreschatik Str.

The Ukrainian Travel Forum (UTF) is one of Ukraine's largest tourist forum, which is a bi-annual event that puts together at the same venue a huge number of participants and visitors representing many countries of the world. The UTF is organised by the Association of Ukraine's Leading Tourist Businesses (ALTU) and the exhibition company ALTU-EXPO.

What makes the UTF forum special is that it has proven itself as a venue for business communication between tourism professionals (the share of B2B visitors to the Business Zone of the event is about 90%). The forum will feature more than 600 hours of training sessions, conferences, seminars, forums and workshops, as well as presentations of new destinations and services. The tourism market has established the tradition of using this event as an effective platform for networking between tourism professionals, using the opportunities offered by the forum for setting up business alliances, sharing of experience, conducting meetings, negotiations and improving the level of professionalism of staff employed in the industry.

In 2011, the UTF (spring) saw for the first time the introduction of the B2C expanded format, which attracted end users (tourists) to the event, it is showing  interest of tourists to visit of similar measures.. This innovation was endorsed by many tour operators, as now they can optimise costs for promoting their services within the same forum, represent their products in the most efficient manner on a single venue and obtain complete first-hand information about the on-going changes in the demand and supply within the industry.

Traditionally, the largest players of market - representatives of Association of Leaders of Tourist Business will take part in the forum. On the forum will be given unique possibility in one place during two workings days exchanged and get a maximum of useful information from the most active and successful companies of tourist business of Ukraine, which are capable and ready to be divided work experience and ideas, cooperate development of both own business and business of their contractors, and also adjusting of the effective system of mutual relations between all participants of market.
